A rear support vehicle is available on the 10K route if assistance is required.

However, younger children are welcome to participate alongside an adult family member or guardian. All participants must be registered, including accompanying adults.
All finishers will receive a medal.
What is the Team Prize Formula?
The team prize is non-gender specific and is based on the combined performance of the top four runners from each club.
