10K trail RUN INFORMATION

The Dedham Run is a UKA affiliated race and is held under UK Athletics rules.
10K Run starts opposite Parsons Field, not on the playing field itself. Race organisers will lead all 10K runners to the start line.The 3K Fun Run will commence at 11:10am from the same location.
All runners must collect their race number and timing chip from outside the Cricket Pavilion on The Duchy Field (CO7 6AH) between 9:00am and 10:30am on race day.
Please note that parking is NOT available at The Duchy Field. Please refer to the parking information below for directions and alternative parking locations.
BBQ, refreshments and entertainment will be available on the playing field throughout the event.
